AI is used to analyze extracted document text and return a summary, simpler wording, important steps, deadlines, amounts, and reference numbers.
What is processed locally
OCR may run locally on supported iPhone builds before any analysis request is sent.
What goes to the server
Extracted text is sent to our servers together with page count, locale, app language, and relevant image metadata so the service can generate and store results.
Limits of AI output
AI explanations can be incomplete or wrong. Scan2Summary does not make fully automated decisions for you, and it should not be your only source for legal or financial action.
Deletion requests
Users can delete their account directly in the app. Individual analyses can also be deleted where the app exposes that action, and support is available if the in-app flow is inaccessible.
